Rock Band Blitz Hitting PSN On August 28

Harmonix has announced that Rock Band Blitz will be making its way to debut on PlayStation Network on August 28th. The game allows you to rock out with just your DualShock controller. The game will also be compatible with all previous downloadable content and the 25 new songs can even be imported into Rock Band 3. Rock Band Blitz will cost $14.99. There has been no details about the European release date but the safest bet right now would be to assume it will come the Wednesday of that same week (August 29th) with the usual weekly PlayStation updates.
