NYKO comments on Charge Station accusations

While conceding that all consumer electronic devices suffer with a small defect rate, NYKO maintains that problematic issues such as overheating or depleting charge performance are "extremely rare" in the NYKO Charge Station. "The Charge Station actually has a very low defective rate in comparison to most electronics," said Director of Marketing Chris Arbogast to M&C Gaming.
