Console Domination writes: After the release of the original Mini Ninjas in 2009 the franchise appeared to have fallen off the map, Io Interactive have gone on to push out Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days and with the studio currently chest deep in Hitman: Absolution development, developing duties for the subsequent title and the latest foray into the feudal Japan inspired world of Mini Ninjas has been dished out to developer Side Kick Ltd. Enter Mini Ninjas Adventures, a Kinect exclusive ninja game filled with ninja clichés, a ton of casual action and the cutest damned rabbits I’ve seen in a game since Castle Crashers.
Brash Games writes "Despite its handful of technical deficiencies, Mini Ninjas Adventures, thanks to its strong core concept, utterly gorgeous visuals and underlying charm, overcomes its problems to stand proud as one of the finest Kinect games to date".
