Indie games tend to have fairly low production costs and are usually kept extremely simple as a result of this. Amplitude’s ‘Endless Space’ proudly breaks this mould, offering a complex and in-depth experience that wont leave players feeling short changed. It’s clear to see that Endless Space aims to match up against the titans of its genre, and we’re here to see if the game manages to achieve its goals.

It just has a really, really, really, REALLY good, well-designed UI.
And since most strategy games, particularly those Paradox titles that have been so popular lately, tend to have really, really, really, REALLY bad UIs, it ends up seeming a lot better than it really is.
