Skulls of the Shogun is a new game created by developer 17-bit that is slated for release later this year. The general gameplay is turn based strategy and the game will allow players to plan several moves ahead in certain circumstances. This seems like a definite plus, because players won’t have to stay glued to their screens the entire time they’re playing (which is always nice in longer games because we all need bathroom breaks sometimes).
It stars John DiMaggio, who you might know for voicing Bender in Futurama, or Marcus Fenix in Gears of War.

The ability to play across multiple devices is fantastic as long as it's devices I'm likely to own all ready.
Which is good news, because the game will be available on XBL Arcade, Windows 8, Windows Phone and MS Surface. It is also an asynchronous multi-player game, so the availability on multiple platform is a even better!
