Drifter gives players a massive space to journey across, playing as a freelancer looking to make their way in the cosmos. The procedurally-generated universe is 100,000 light years across, and contains more than 10,000 star systems. “Basically, in a nutshell, I want to create this huge sandbox for the player to immerse themselves in,” said Drifter developer Colin Walsh in an interview with TechZwn.
