I remember the first time I ever played madden. Way back in the day I purchased madden 2004, My favorite player at the time Mike Vick was on the cover. I always watched the NFL but I finally decided to buy a football game. I was truly amazed by the graphics. I remember starting a franchise and creating myself in the game. Of course he was a running back and rated 99 overall. During those early days I felt like I was truly managing an NFL team. Later on in Madden 2005 I relived this and even more features were introduced. For example there would be weekly articles, radio shows and even your team finances were integrated in the Madden franchise mode. But as the years went on, and as the next generation consoles came out. The majority of these features were removed from the game. Well now is that time again and a new wave of next generation consoles are going to be released soon and I don’t want the developers to repeat this mistake. Furthermore in this article I will explain the features that need to return to the franchise & online franchise modes as well as a few new features that need to be in the next generation of madden games.

I broke out my old copy of Madden 08 the other day, it is pretty fun. But that gameplay from 2007 is probably the exact same as it is now.
