MyGEN Preview – Lost Odyssey

Xbox owners that are Japanese RPG fans have been waiting a long time for this. We’ve been very lucky in that we’ve had a number of Japanese RPGs on the new console (of varying quality), but none have really aimed at giving us what Lost Odyssey does. With the previous Japanese RPG’s we have seen they’ve mostly taken on a cutesy and simple style. Blue Dragon, Eternal Sonata; while quite good games, they couldn’t ever be considered completely serious by nature. Thankfully Mistwalker has seen this oversight and brought us something to fill that gap that has existed for way too long.
