With a demo for Stellar Blade available, players are wondering when is the full release date for the game. Stellar Blade is an upcoming action role-playing game developed by Shift Up and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game is set in the aftermath of a war with an alien invaders called Naytiba that has seen humanity driven from their home. What is Stellar Blade’s Full Release Date?
Stellar Blade is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5 on April 26, 2024. The game’s full release comes almost a month after the Demo landed in PlayStation Store on March 29, 2024. Moreover, the game was originally planned for a release in 2023, but Stellar Blade’s release date was postponed in December of the same year. Nevertheless, during the State of Play in January 2024, we received the official release date for the game.

What is Stellar Blade?
Stellar Blade’s story takes place on a post-apocalyptic Earth, after a war with Naytiba that has seen humanity driven from the planet. Players take the role of a member of the 7th Airborn Squad, Eve. You are sent from an orbital colony to Earth on a mission to reclaim the planet from invading aliens.
Stellar Blade is played from a third-person perspective and the game utilises combat reminiscent of souls-like games. Learning and countering enemies’ attack patterns is the key. This mechanic will fill two Gauge bars that allow Eve to perform stunning powerful attacks and use Beta skills.
Various NPCs can be met while exploring the post-apocalyptic Earth, offering side quests and more. It is up to you to decide whether to help them or ignore them. Players can also find supply camp checkpoints scattered around the world. Using this, you can restore health, retrieve items, and more. Just keep in mind that using these checkpoints will respawn all nearby enemies.
