How To Edit Profile Picture

It’s worth mentioning that the option to change your profile picture in Roblox is only available when using the Roblox application. This means you currently can’t change your profile picture by using the web browser. You also can’t change your profile picture on Xbox.

Even when it comes to using the Roblox app, the method for changing your profile picture is slightly different depending on whether you’re using the app on desktop or mobile.

How To Change Profile Picture on Desktop

If you want to change your profile picture on PC, then you’ll have to install the Roblox application. After you’ve done that:

1. First, launch the app and ensure you’re logged in.
2. Then, toward the left side of the screen, you’ll see a column. At the center of that column will be your avatar. Click on it.
3. Here, you’ll see three options. Customize, shop, and edit profile picture. You want to click on the “edit profile picture” option.
4. Now, you’ll be asked to “select an emote” to pose your avatar. You can either use one of the already given ones or purchase a new one using coins. When you’re satisfied, click on “next.”
5. You will now be asked to set both how zoomed in the profile picture should be, as well as what the rotation of your avatar should be in your profile picture. 
6. When you’re done, click on “next” to show a preview of your avatar. You can also view the full avatar if you want to get a better feel of it.
7. Finally, click on “save” to finish things up and change your profile picture.

How To Change Profile Picture on Mobile

Changing your profile picture via the Roblox mobile app. To do so, you have to:

1. First, launch the application and ensure you’re logged in.
2. Then, near the bottom of the screen, tap on your avatar’s face.
3. Here, you’ll see three options. Customize, shop, and edit profile picture. You want to tap on the “edit profile picture” option.
