To get a Mega Neon, you will have to first make four Neon pets. Follow these simple instructions to get a Neon pet.

Collect four of the same type of pets.
Level up each of them to Full-Grown.
Go to the Adoption Island.
Run up to the Neighborhood Bridge.
Jump off the bridge and into the water.
Search for a door underneath the bridge.
Go inside that door, and you will find yourself in the Neon Cave.
In the Neon Cave, you will see four neon rings surrounding one larger neon ring.
Place your four Full-Grown Pets in the four small neon rings.
The four pets will merge into one Neon pet in the center large Neon ring.

Repeat this four times to get four Neon pets, then proceed to the next set of instructions to prepare your Mega Neon pet:

Acquire a set of four identical Neon pets.
Level each of them up to the Luminous stage, equivalent to the Full-Grown but for Neons.
Go to the Adoption Island.
Run up to the same Neighborhood Bridge.
Jump off the bridge into the water.
Find the door under the bridge and go inside.
In the Neon cave, place your four Neon pets in the four smaller Neon rings.
The 4 Neon pets will merge into a Mega Neon pet in the center large Neon ring.

Mega Neons won’t need to be levelled up or require upgrades from you, and they are generally attractive to have out with you wherever you go. There are, however, a few creatures that cannot turn into a Neon or a Mega Neon pet.

Pets That Cannot Become Mega Neon

There are a few creatures that can not turn into Neon or Mega Neon. Those few are as follows:

Chick
Scoob
2D Kitty
Pumpkin
Pet Rock

Roblox Adopt Me is getting even more fun to play with these interesting updates. The most recent one, for example, has introduced these Mega Neon pets. Every Mega Neon pet is made up of four Luminous stage Neon pets of the same type, and every Neon pet is made up of four Full-Grown normal pets of the same type.

So yeah, surprisingly, to get just one Mega Neon Poodle, for example, you will need 16 normal poodles and level them up to Full-Grown.
