You can easily redeem any points you’ve earned since downloading PlayStation Stars by accessing your Rewards Catalog through the PlayStation App on your iOS or Android device. While you can navigate to the official website on your PC, this won’t actually allow you to access or use your points, so you should stick with mobile for this task.
To redeem points:
- Open the PlayStation App on your mobile device
- Head over to your Player Profile
- Click PlayStation Stars
- Finally, choose Rewards Catalog to access and redeem your accumulated points
What to Do with Your Points
You can claim items available in your reward catalog by redeeming the points you’ve earned with PlayStation Stars. Do PlayStation Stars Points Expire?
Unfortunately, your PlayStation Stars points can and will expire if they’re not redeemed. You can’t transfer them, either, so you might as well use them before you lose them. Unredeemed points will be lost 24 months from the date on which they were first added to your account balance. This process will occur at the end of each month.
