“Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawai” is a new game developed by Ryu Ga Gotaku Studio and published by Sega. It is the most ridiculous mashup of wacky martial arts and pirates, where you play as an ex-Yakuza who is now a pirate captain. “Goro Majima, a notorious ex-yakuza suddenly finds himself shipwrecked on a remote island in the Pacific. Unable to remember even his own name, he sets sail in search of clues to his lost memories, accompanied by a boy named Noah who saved his life. Before long, they’re caught up in a conflict between cutthroat criminals, modern-day pirates, and other scoundrels over a legendary treasure.” The premise itself is crazy enough that it is worth checking out, and hopefully, it will fare better than Skull and Bones.

The official release date for Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawai is Friday, February 21, 2025.
It is playable on current and last gen consoles (Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5), as well as on PC.
The price for Like a Dragon Pirate Yakuza in Hawai is $59.99, according to Steam. There is also Deluxe Edition, offering some bonus cosmetics and extra music and karaoke songs (because of course it does), for $74.99.
