Lies of P director Choi Ji-won has not even thought about where his studio would fit in the hierarchy of studio size. He believes that developer size should not affect game quality when asked if his studio was a mid-tier AA developer in an interview with Prankster101 Productions.
“We haven’t really thought of the size of the team because I personally think the number of team members doesn’t affect the quality of the game at all,” Ji-won said. “That’s why regardless of the size of the team members who are passionate about the game and love gaming, the quality can differ. So we haven’t thought about the size as indie size or high-budget size.”
