Will Final Fantasy XVI Be on PC?
Unfortunately, Final Fantasy 16 has not been officially confirmed as coming to the PC at the time of this writing. The game will be a PS5 exclusive title when it launches for Sony’s console at the end of June 2023.
The game’s producer Naoki Yoshida did mention in an interview with the Japanese PlayStation Blog that Final Fantasy 16 will be exclusive to PS5 for six months. That could mean it will come to the PC after that window of exclusivity, similar to more recently released Final Fantasy games, though Yoshida mentions that it should not be expected right away.
“However, it is a completely different story that the PC version will be released in half a year,” Yoshida said in the interview. “I will make it clear, but the PC version will not come out in half a year.”
Is Final Fantasy 16 on Steam?
Final Fantasy 16 is not available on the Steam platform at the time of this writing. While the PC version of the game has only been casually mentioned, it is more than likely that the game would be available for Steam if it were to come to PC. Square Enix has brought most, if not all, of the mainline Final Fantasy games to Steam in the past.
Is Final Fantasy 16 on Epic Games Store?
Final Fantasy 16 is not available on the Epic Games Store at the time of this writing. The PC version has not been formally announced, but the game could appear on the store similar to more recent Final Fantasy games.
