Here is how to set up a 1v1 match in Call of Duty Mobile:
- launch the Call Of Duty: Mobile app on your phone.
- When it’s loaded, Select the Multiplayer option
- Look in the top right corner of the screen and push on the ≡ symbol
- Select Private
- Go to Mode Change and change the preference to 1v1 Duel
- Click on the + next to the name of the player you wish to invite to your private game
