Most Sons of the Forest players have a love-hate relationship with Kelvin, their only friend alive to accompany them in the cannibal-infested forest. While Kelvin is the perfect person to hand over laborious tasks, like fetching logs or clearing the area around your shelter, the elite soldier often gets himself into trouble, requiring you to come over and heal him if you want him to stay breathing.

How Can You Heal Kelvin In Sons Of The Forest
You must go near and interact with Kelvin while he is injured to heal him. To interact, press E (keyboard), X (PlayStation), or A (Xbox). You have to hold the button until Kelvin fully heals from his injury and gets up.
Just like that, our beloved NPC is back to life, and you can converse with him. However, you need to remember that Kelvin will die if his injuries are too severe or you’re late to heal him. Can Kelvin Respawn?
Kelvin may respawn if a mutant or cannibal kills him. However, should Kelvin be killed by the player in single-player mode, he won’t respawn. In such a case, you might want to return to a previous save to bring Kelvin back.
That said, if Kelvin dies in multiplayer, he will always come to life. This little function makes sure that Kelvin isn’t killed needlessly by griefers in your lobby.
