How To Get the Fennec in Rocket League

Rocket League offers a variety of Car Bodies among the six hitbox types in the game for users to master and score goals with. Out of all of them, the Fennec stands out for its looks and popularity among pro players, in which regard it has left the Octane far behind.

You might’ve heard players asking for a Fennec in matches, making you also want one on your roster. Even though it is generally considered difficult to obtain, we’ll take you through the best ways of getting the Fennec.

Rocket League – How To Get the Fennec

Fennec is classified as an Import Body, which makes it rare and hard to acquire. Players were able to get it through the Totally Awesome Crate; however, crates were discontinued as of December 2019. Currently, we have four ways to get Fennec in Rocket League: blueprints, trading, item shop, and online shops.

Blueprints

Since the crate system has been abandoned in the game, blueprints were introduced as the new alternative to get cars by playing the game. You might get a blueprint at the end of a match while playing Rocket League which, if you’re lucky, could be of a Fennec that you can then craft for some credits. So if you’re looking for a free-to-play option, you can keep grinding matches to try your luck with blueprints!

Trading

Trading is one of the best mechanics in the game that keeps an even flow of items between players. If you’re not able to get a Fennec through blueprints, you can simply get it by trading some credits or other items for it. To carry out a trade, enable your Allow Player-To-Player Trading option and then follow the steps shown:

  1. Invite the player willing to trade a Fennec to a party.
  2. Go to the Invite To Trade option.
  3. Choose items you wish to trade for the Fennec.
  4. Hit Accept.
  5. Review Offerings and Accept again by holding the Accept button.

Keep in mind that you’ll need to have at least 500 Credits before initiating a trade if you’ve started the game after the free-to-play update. Once you’re all set, good luck trading!

Item Shop

The in-game shop allows players to choose and buy between an array of different items in the game. If you’re looking for a Fennec, it will appear as one of the featured items currently available in the Item Shop for purchase for some credits. If it’s not yet there, don’t worry since the featured items are reset every 48 hours, and a Fennec might land after a few resets.
