Treating yourself by getting a new Warbond is extremely nice, but farming Super Credits in Helldivers 2 takes a lot of time. If you don’t want to spend real money on getting them, you’re probably looking at weeks of playing before you can afford a Warbond. One clever Helldiver found a way to beat the system.
How to Make Farming Super Credits Simple?
Tired of spending their time and money on Super Credits, one player, Technical-Cicada-623, had a realization. This player remembered finding a lot more Super Credits when they were just starting out. The OP decided to test that hypothesis which proved to be correct.
Wanting to help the other players, the OP took to Reddit and shared their findings. They stated: “I got 2,000+ [Super Credits] in one day. Drop into a level 3 bug mission. (Preferably with a friend). Find the radar station. Search every diamond poi. Leave once you’ve collected as many super credits as possible. You keep the Super Credits and Warbond Medals you’ve collected without having to complete the mission”.
Now, we’ve heard of players playing on lower levels for the loot, but we had no idea that this strategy could be so effective. However, some players were quite dissatisfied with these findings. Rubberbabybumperbugy noted: “It’s a bummer that this is the best way to farm. They should be rewarding the guys grinding away at Super Helldive.”
Helldivers 2 Players Ameliorate the Strategy
Other Helldivers 2 players added their twist to this strategy of farming Super Credits, and their way might turn out to be even more productive. Apparently, farming on level 3 is great, but farming on level 1 is a whole new league.
Reddit_Killed_3PAs noted: “Personally I play level 1s, I remember reading that there are always 4 spawns minimum on all difficulties, but not sure if true since I play level 1s solo and can’t open the bunkers. Even if you get more on 3s, I don’t think it is worth it because the map is so much bigger. It’s better to just do 1s instead as a duo since you can split and complete the map super quickly”.
So, would you ever consider going back to level 1 to farm? We do think it’s a fair way for casual players to keep up with the more advanced players. After all, we’re all in this Galactic War together, and we are probably getting the third enemy faction soon, so why not stock up on Warbonds, they’ll come in handy. For Liberty, Moo Deng, and Super Earth.
