It’s time to spill some oil! After defeating the Squids and the bugs in the previous Major Order, the Helldivers 2 players now have a chance to fight the Automatons, led by the Jet Brigade. Yes, the jet Brigade returned once more, and this time they recruited some new units. So, what’s this MO all about?
The Jet Brigade Is on the Offensive in the Latest Major Order
As you know, with the Battle for Super Earth and everything that followed, the other fronts have kind of been neglected. Not really, but the botdivers have repeatedly asked for some special event, preferably an offensive campaign on Cyberstan. Well, the devs partially delivered, as the new MO sends the Helldivers to fight the freshly updated Jet brigade. As always, the briefing explained the entire situation.
According to the briefing, the Jet Brigade is the vanguard of the assault that the bots have launched. Also, it’s possible that the Jet Brigade will exhibit some new capabilities, so be prepared. Of course, the Helldivers have to counter this offensive.
The briefing noted: “In an assault undoubtedly intended to deny our citizens the reconstruction of their destroyed homes, this unprovoked assault further evidences the enemy’s hardwired cowardice. It is a testament to their reliance on socialist deceit, rather than the true and righteous martial strength found only in a free and volunteer fighting force”.
In other words, the High Command gave Helldivers a week to deal with the bots led by the Jet Brigade. In that time, the Helldivers have to defend against four attacks from the Automatons. This might sound relatively easy, but we have a feeling Helldivers will strugle.
Helldivers Will try Their Best to Complete the Major Order
Obviously, the fact that the Jet Brigade now features new units will make this Major Order quite appealing to all Helldivers 2 players, not just the botdivers. The only thing that concerns us is that the MO lasts an entire week. That’s way too much time for just 4 defenses. However, Helldivers are looking forward to spending the whole week on the bot front.
One player, Knightmare047Z, noted: “Been itching to blast some bots for a while now. Guess it’s time”. SoldatPixel added: “The jet brigade was a fu**ing joke before. Have seen videos of hopping hulks and noooooow they are something to be oh s**t about”.
Now, some players pointed out something interesting that you may have overlooked. The briefing states that the Jet Brigade is the vanguard. Does that mean that something bigger is coming? Some players certainly think so! One of them, 231923, noted: “The Jet Brigade is the what now? We also have to defend 4 times, but right now there is only 2 Jet Brigade Army is attacking. Something else is coming”.
