Where Will GTA 6 Take Place?
While it has not yet been confirmed by Rockstar, fans of the franchise maintain that GTA 6 will likely take place in Leonida — more specifically, Vice City. This prediction falls in line with the footage revealed in recent leaks posted on TikTok, wherein a user showcased a sizable portion of the map. The in-game location seemed to resemble the Miami skyline, complete with the beach view and towering buildings that inspired the staple city in GTA.
Those familiar with similar leaks that surfaced last year attest to the legitimacy of this theory. However, we cannot confirm whether the leaked footage checks without acknowledgment from the team at Rockstar Games. As such, this information must be treated as a rumor until more details are revealed by developers.
Rockstar plans to drop a new trailer for GTA 6 tomorrow, December 5. Fans of the series are hoping to see in-game locations revealed with its release.
