The bosses in Chapter 5 Season 3, titled Wrecked, are Ringmaster Scarr, Megalo Don, and The Machinist. Where to Find The Machinist in Fortnite

The locations of all Wasteland bosses are represented by a medallion symbol on the minimap. The Machinist can be found either roaming the Island in a convoy or at her base – Redline Rig, located on the southeastern corner of the Wasteland. Consult the minimap to see her exact location. If she is on the move, your best bet is to get a car to follow her.

How to Beat The Machinist

How to beat The Machinist depends on where you engage her. Fighting her in her base is a lot different than fighting her out in the open. Bear in mind that other players will also try to get these Bosses. Be on the lookout, since other players may be around, just waiting to take you down and kill-steal the Boss.

• If you find The Machinist at her base, the fight is pretty straightforward. Equip your strongest weapon and start blasting. During the fight, she will deploy a turret. Make sure to deal with it as soon as possible, so as not to take needless extra damage. 
• If you find The Machinist in a convoy, things get a little more complicated. Her car will be escorted by henchmen and a War Bus. You should get yourself a ride with a weapon attached and start chasing. We recommend that you deal with her escort first. When only The Machinist is left, you first need to destroy her car’s shields. Once you do so, she will go Nitro, exit the vehicle, and start shooting at you. Repay her in kind and soon after she will fall.

The Machinist Loot Drops

Once The Machinist is defeated, she will drop two important items: The Machinist’s Mythic Combat Assault Rifle and The Machinist’s Medallion.

The Combat Assault Rifle has the following stats:

• Damage: 25
• Fire rate: 8.8
• Magazine size: 35
• Reload time: 3.29s
• Mods:
  • Red Eye Sight Optics
  • Drum Mag Magazine
  • Vertical Foregrip Underbarrel
  • Suppressor Barrel

The Medallion will constantly regenerate your shields as long as you have it. Additionally, you can use it to open The Machinist’s garage in Redline Rig. Inside is her car, Lockjaw, that you can now take. Note that Boss cars have infinite Nitro, so be sure to use it.
