Major updates are always a time of joy. New content is released, items in the Shop are changed, new Quests, Challenges, collaborations, you name it. Practically everyone is looking forward to them. The current season of Fortnite, Season 4 of Chapter 5, is themed around Marvel Comics, and was heralded by Dr Doom. Naturally, some Marvel-themed items and weapons are in the game, with more on the way.
Shuri’s Claws, Sir Beurre, and More Are on the Way
Shiina, a renowned Fortnite leaker, revealed on September 2 what can we expect from this week’s update. According to them, we will get:

- New Mythic (Shuri’s Claws)
- Doctor Doom Quests & Rewards
- Battle Pass Super Styles
- Likely New Collaborations
- Added Shop Sections
- FREE “Sir Beurre” Back Bling
- New Marvel Season Content Leaks
- *MAYBE* LEGO Klombo Update
- Axe of Champions 2.0 Shop Release
- Upcoming Marvel LTM Leaks
- New LEGO Fortnite Skins
- And even more!!
This update is supposed to go live on Wednesday, September 4.
The Fans Are Looking Forward to the New Content
That’s a lot of stuff for an update. User HeNoseGaming1 said: “Can’t wait to try the new claws” and TweeeterGalaxXy agreed, with: “My eyes on this”, followed by the image of the new Claws. As for the collabs, BillDiceOG said: “New Collabs! Maybe that K-POP band? or did that happen? We know Snoop D-o-G-G is coming”.
However, it seems that won’t be the case, as the K-POP band will most likely join us at the beginning of 2025, and Snoop Dog should be here right after Karol G (who only recently joined Fortnite Festival), but we may be in for a surprise.
The whole update is themed around Shuri and Dr Doom (hence, the claws). A lot of fans asked about the Iron Man update, and as far as we know, that one will go live right before Fortnitemares 2025. Still, we’re in for a treat.
