Leaks of upcoming content are one of the most popular content on the internet for any game. If you know what is coming to the game you can prepare accordingly. Maybe it is a skin that you’d like, and now you know to start saving Gold, or whatever currency your favorite game is using.
The new Season in Fortnite will be here pretty soon. Everything points towards it being inspired by Marvel comics (as shown in a couple of skin leaks) and heralded once again by Pandora’s Box. But, contrary to all expectations, the leaked Starter Pack for Season 4 is something else entirely.
Reptiles Are Running Amok in the Upcoming Starter Pack, According to Leaks
On August 9, the popular leaker Shiina shared a photo of the upcoming Starter Pack for Chapter 5 Season 4. It contains a cute lizard skin and accompanying cosmetics. In it you’ll get:
- Lizzik (Outfit) – “Seeking adventure, and a nice warm rock to nap on.”
- Lizzik’s Hackpack (Back Bling) – Slash’n hack sack full of snacks.”
- Reptile’s Razors (Pickaxe) – “Sharp and scaly.”
- Lizzik Blep (Weapon Wrap) – “Show your style”
Previous Starter Packs cost around $4.49/£3.49 so we expect that this one will be priced similarly. Starter Packs usually come with 600 V-Bucks, and that will probably be the case with this one as well.
Community Divided on Lizzik Starter Pack
Fortnite community is not united when it comes to Lizzik. Some do like him a lot, with Binzy stating on X: “I LOVE HIM!! Most starter packs are just boring/unmemorable, this one is a unique change from that” and user TwinkFeline added: “Yeah of course, finally a starter pack thats actually good”
The other half of the players are disappointed that it has nothing to do with Marvel. You can see a lot of comments like: “Why is this the starter pack of a Marvel themed season?” by Odin or “it has nothing to do with the Marvel theme” by Nero.
Finally, some players point out that the last Marvel-themed season also didn’t have a Marvel-related Starter Pack. Whatever the case, the Lizzik skin looks pretty cool so we’ll be sure to get one.
