Diablo IV brings back the Necromancer class and the abilities to summon different creatures to do the fighting instead. There are a few different creatures to choose from, but not all are available at the start of the game and must be unlocked. Some can be unlocked through gaining level, while others will require completing certain quests. This guide will show players how to unlock and summon Golems in Diablo 4.

How To Unlock Golems in Diablo 4
Golems can be unlocked only through the Necromancer class in Diablo 4, and once that character reaches level 25. After reaching that level, the Call of the Underworld quest will appear in the Priority Quest tab for players to track.
The quest will take players to visit the Shrine of Rathma northwest of Kyovashad, talk to Maltoriusand, and then collect 12 Unbroken Bones by defeating nearby skeletons. Players will then travel to the Bitter Cave west of Menestad to fond the Jar of Souls artifact inside.
The jar can only be filled by defeating enemies, so slay monsters in the cave until the bar is completely filled. Maltorius will appear again, which will complete the quest and unlock the Bone Golem to the Necromancer’s abilities.
How To Summon Golems in Diablo 4
Golems must be equipped and assigned to the action bar before they can be used, Press the S key on the keyboard for PC, then select the Golem icon to replace it with one of the abilities already equipped. On Xbox and PlayStation, press the Menu/Options button and go to the Abilities tab to bring up the same menu.
Golems are now equipped and will follow behind the Necromancer destroying enemies. There are other variants of Golems, but can not be equipped until reaching level 28 for Blood Golems and level 32 for Iron Golems.
