What is the Secret of the Spring Quest in Diablo 4?
The Secret of the Spring is a side quest that you can find at Kylsik Plateau in the Fractured Peaks region. You will encounter this quest by interacting with a note that’s left on the ground near the scaffolding.
The note says: “Beacon of warmth in winter’s embrace, patience rewarded by nature’s own grace.”
You have to solve this riddle, which will lead you to a buried chest with the quest reward inside. This also solves the quest, rewarding you with Fractured Peaks Renown and XP.
Diablo IV: How To Solve the Riddle in Secret of the Spring?
The riddle in the note is cryptic, so don’t feel too bad if you can’t solve it immediately. After picking up the quest, follow the quest marker to the designated location. For an even easier time, go to the location we have marked on the map above.
Once there, go to the small pond and select “Wait” from your emote wheel. That’s what the ‘patience’ part of the riddle is referring to. If you don’t have this emote on the wheel, you will have to customize it first, and then use it.
After a moment, a buried chest will appear on the northern side of the pond. Open it to complete the quest and get your rewards.
