The Halls of the Damned dungeon is located in Kehjistan, in the Scouring Sands area, just north of Zarbinzet. The nearest waypoint is Tarsarak, which is just to the west of the Halls of the Damned. Your best course of action is to take the waypoint to Tarsarak and go east-northeast. Follow along the wall until you reach a gap and inside is the entrance to the Halls of the Damned.

Halls of the Damned Dungeon
Halls of the Damned is quite a large dungeon so prepare for some footslogging. Besides that, it’s pretty straightforward. First, you need to destroy two Idols in the first area, the Idol of the Overseer and the Idol of the Seaborn Goddess. They are accessible through teleporters, where you will be swarmed by enemies as soon as you use them. Better clear them up before dealing with Idols. Once both are down, you have to explore the rest of the dungeon until you get to the Sepulchurum. There, activate the Monolith which will spawn the Tomb Lord boss. Once you deal with it, you will receive the Legendary Aspect of Disobedience and any other rewards, and then your work here is done.
