BitLife offers players more freedom than real life ever could. However, although they’re able to successfully pull off some insane things like becoming the president, marrying into royalty, or even robbing a train, some of those things have consequences. To be more specific, if you commit a crime in BitLife, there’s a high chance you can find your character in prison.
Fortunately, this game also allows you to escape prison in BitLife, and that’s what we’re here to go through today

How Does Escaping Prison Work in BitLife
One thing to keep in mind is that escaping prison in BitLife pretty much means solving an escape puzzle. The more dire the crime you commit is, the more difficult it will be to solve the puzzle and escape. Luckily, the layouts are always more or less the same (though sometimes they can be mirrored or flipped.)
Additionally, there’s also a security guard in the puzzle who will throw you back in your cell if you’re caught all the while adding a couple more years to your sentence. Therefore, you should probably be careful of that. The thing about guards is that for every single move you make the guard will move twice (as long as there’s a move to make).
All the moves the guard makes will be toward you and he’ll always try to move horizontally first. Because of this, you’ll have to take advantage of the guard’s horizontal moving habits and the various walls that can be used to trap the guard (at least momentarily) to escape without getting caught.
Prison Escape Puzzles in BitLife
Now that you know how escaping a prison works in BitLife, how do you actually go about doing it? Well, when you find yourself in prison, you’ll get the option to escape prison. As we mentioned above, the direness of the crime you committed determines what level of security your prison has.
Small scope crimes will land you in a minimum security prison, decent crimes will land you in a medium security prison, while major crimes will land you in a maximum security prison. Compare the risks with the rewards and, if you feel like it’s right, choose the option to attempt to escape from the prison.
As soon as you do, the screen will shift to the escape puzzle you have to complete to successfully escape from prison, with four arrows near the bottom of the screen you can tap on to make your character move. There are a set number of layouts that can make an appearance depending on the level of security your prison has.
We recommend loading into the puzzle given to you and then checking for a video on YouTube that has the solution to the puzzle to ensure you don’t end up getting caught by the security guard since that’ll only increase your overall sentence. Alternatively, you could always just watch a video to steal the uniform of a guard and escape prison without any problem whatsoever.
