Sony Tablet V150: Tegra 3 & Android 4.0?

Netbook News – Sony was late to the tablet game releasing the two Nvidia Tegra 2 devices, the Sony Tablet S and dual screen Tablet P a few months ago. With the release of Tegra 3 the two tablets are already out of date and it’s not surprising that Sony would be working on their next generation tablet.
