BlazBlue: Continuum Shift EXTEND Review (PlanetXbox360)

This game is essentially the next step above the popular Guilty Gear games, which makes sense considering it’s from the same team at Arc System Works. But with the high-definition visuals, the deeper gameplay and the fascinating types of characters you can play as, it almost sits in a class by itself – a class that deserves exploring in more tournaments and hardcore fighting markets. BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger and Continuum Shift proved this point already, and with the upgrade, Extend, now in stores, it makes its point louder than ever. Now before you go accusing Aksys Games of pulling a Capcom and releasing an extension of its original game on disc, rather than as a download, it actually does make sense.
