IGN – Alienware X51 Review

IGN – It is difficult to give a blanket endorsement to the Alienware X51 due to the fact that there are four different configurations with notably different components in the high- and low-end versions, but as far as the $999 model is concerned, it gets my full recommendation. Like any custom-built PC, it comes at a premium, but unlike other full-sized desktops, its form factor is not easily (or cheaply) replicated. For those who lack the will, knowledge or interest in building a PC of their own and want something compact and relatively affordable, the X51 is a solid investment.
