[SSFIV:AE Ver.2012] Changes Breakdown

Capcom recently released the new set of changes to the characters in the Beta version of Ver.2012. The Alpha version changes are still in effect and the Beta changes are in addition to the Alpha set. With this is mind we can step back and take a look at the Cast of SSFIV:AE Ver.2012 and their overall buffs/ nerfs.
