"It's funny how people's opinions vary…" In the aftermath of E3's breakneck schedule those 'varying opinions' painted Agent 47's long drooled-over return as faithful to the existing games, but… completely different; an actionpacked story, but smart and measured; more linear, but loaded with choices. Absolution's debut was a perfect piece of bad PR, simultaneously alienating existing Hitman fans and unnecessarily confusing everyone else.
