Retail Game Deals Round-up – August 7 – Buy 1 Get 1 Deals, Gift Cards and more

XMNR: The local retailer deals for the week of August 7 is marked by stores getting a little creative with what extra items they bundle in with game consoles. Some like Kmart are offering the traditional Gift Card though it is offering up to $75 worth. Others like Fry's Electronics are throwing in Blu-ray movies while Hastings is bundling in the inFamous 2 Hero Edition to entice buyers.

There's also a Buy 1, Get 1 50% off deal at Best Buy for all PS3 and Xbox 360 games and a Buy 1, Get 1 40% off all videogames at Toys R Us. The toy retailer is also running with a Buy 1, Get 1 $10 on a selection of Kinect games.

Once we get past these special offers there are lots of discounts this week for not only games but accessories as well. Alan Wake is only $9.99 this week at Kmart while it is also offering a free Sharpshooter accessory with the purchase of a PS Move controller and Navigation controller. Target is also offering Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars for the Nintendo 3DS for just $17.
