A lot of Ace Combat 6 feels like it hasn’t kept up with the rest of the videogame world in terms of design.
Graphics: 9.0
Boy, oh boy does that scenery look nice.
Sound: 7.0
The soundtrack is a nice orhcstral mix, but the dialogue and some sound effects are overdone.
Gameplay: 8.0
The arcade controls are fantastic. Some of the missions could be designed better.
Lasting Appeal: 9.0
You can play through the missions over and over, but the real extended playtime will come online.
Overall: 8.4 Impressive (out of 10 / not an average)
