Mirror’s Edge 2 Canned By EA

According to a translation of a Swedish TV Report from website Eurogamer.net, a proposed pitch for a sequel to 2008’s freerunning, platforming action adventure Mirror’s Edge has been thrown on the scrap heap. A section of the team at EA Digital Illusions CE (otherwise known as DICE the guys who make the Battlefield games) showed a prototype according to the report, however Patrick Soderlund at EA headquarters “declined with askance.”
