Does Microsoft Hate the Handicapped?

While the title of this article may be a little extreme, so are recent events that set the corporate giant and it's gaming console the XBox 360 against Jennifer Zdenek and her 11 year old autistic son, Julian Jackson. A few days ago Fox Q13 out of Seattle ran a news piece on the story and it painted an ugly picture of Microsoft. Being autistic makes some aspects of life difficult for Julian and one of his only escapes from his problems are through gaming and his XBox achievements. The news report which is posted below shows how calous and uncaring Microsoft was to this special person. Now, new details have surfaced and the circumstances may not be as one sided as they initially looked.
