I usually know what is going on in the world of gaming. Especially where release dates for major franchises are concerned. And when it’s not just a major franchise but something that I am particularly interested in myself, you can bet I have a pretty firm grip on it.

So imagine my surprise when I was in a GameStop two days ago, and thought for a second that somehow, Rock Band 3 had slipped out under my nose. What led me to believe this?
