Is this Why XBL is a ‘Trainwreck’ ?

Valve just released "The Sacrifice" DLC for free on the PC. To celebrate, they've just put both games on sale for a price (of each) that is cheaper than the DLC costs on Xbox live, which, by the way, isn't even out yet… Thanks to Microsoft's policies.
