Top Ten N64 Games On Virtual Console (RunDLC)
Nintendo 64 was a great console that sometimes got a bad rap for using cartridges, a ram pak and having terrible fighting games, but I had a blast playing with it. When my college roommate left for the weekend, I was all about GoldenEye 007, and when he returned, we nearly flunked out because of WCW/NWO World Tour. Of course, I still remember the first time I held the innovative controller, at a Toys R Us kiosk featuring Super Mario 64. You probably have a similar memory of yanking the plumber’s nose and poking his face.
Sure, the system didn’t have the cinematic cut scenes and storage space that PlayStation titles did, but it still had a wonderful library of games, a portion of which reside on Virtual Console. If you want to re-experience this wonderful machine, make sure to start with these ten classic video games.
