The conclusion of the last volume’s flashback is a bit confusing, and the “big revelation” contained within honestly pertains more to xxxHolic than to this series. However, things certainly heat up in the second half, as the story of the “image” comes to an end in a flashy and satisfying way. Hopefully, the next volume will continue the action of that second half, and continue to wrap up the loose ends still present in the story.
