When considering Price: the 360’s version is cheaper.
When considering Feature’s: The content is Identical on both console’s.
When considering Graphics: The Xbox 360 titles always seem to have slightly more vibrant colors in both character models and surrounding environments, and the same goes for Transformers.
When considering Sound Quality: Both support Dolby Digital so its a tie.
Overall, The deciding factor here is the graphics, and while the Xbox 360 version is not leaps and bounds ahead of the PS3, it still looks better in the end. The enhanced detail on the models and more fluid action make for an all around better experience.
