Carmine confirmed for GOW3?

In one of the Gameinformer interviews with Cliff Blezinski and Rod Ferguson Cliff mentioned playing as Jace and Anya in four player co-op. He also said Carmine though. Does that mean we will meet another Carmine. Check out the rest of the interviews for other interesting info on GOW3.
