As such, a sense of sentimentality accompanies any mention of the series for countless gamers. Flames of Judgement is the first new game that the series has seen in quite a few years. Even though it is only a downloadable title on Xbox Live and the Playstation Network, there is an inherent sense of anticipation that accompanies a game with a distinguished pedigree. Sadly, Flames of Judgement disappoints. The rpg is too accurate to its predecessors as it shares all of the series’ flaws, with an accompanying sense of datedness."
