IGN UK: Rune Factory: Frontier Review

IGN UK: Rune Factory: Frontier Review

The payoff of Rune Factory’s split focus, though, is more variety. It’s less restrictive than other Harvest Moons in terms of what it allows you to do and how it lets you manage your time, and for some the dungeon-crawling will be a welcome diversion from farming rather than a distraction. Serene but addictive, Rune Factory Frontier understands the age-old rhythms and mechanics at the heart of the Harvest Moon series’ appeal and applies them to a new template. If the presentation hits the mark for you, it’ll entertain you at a slow but steady pace for as long as you could hope for.
