Sony/David Jaffe copyright infringement case settled

After Sony Computer Entertainment America and high-profile game designer David Jaffe have being sued in U.S. District Court in California for alleged copyright infringment involving the best-selling God of War series, back in 2008, many have long since forgotten about the accusation. The case has finally been settled, and the details have been released.
