Gamervision says, "The war began like any other: with a dog. While walking through a military base with the leader of the Human Faction, General McGutterpants, a canine kicked over a weapon, knocking it down, and triggering the device. This weapon proceeded to fire what appeared to be a nuclear missile over a nearby fence and into a city in the distance. While the city burnt, the inhabitants’ final meows echoed. This unprovoked and illegal attack prompted an immediate response from their leader, Chairman Meow. Being the benevolent dictator he is, Meow demanded an apology from McGutterpants, but the military man wasn’t known for backing down. And thus, war began. Yes, that’s one section of the story (apparently there’s a story) behind RISK: Factions, EA’s upcoming Xbox Live version of Hasbro’s popular board game."
