I-Play: Your RPG has Evolved! FF8 VS Mass Effect

Three dominant forces have been vying for my attention. The first force is ‘real life’ and that kicked the bucket on Saturday when I realised that, potentially, I could stay in the house for the next four days.
The other two? Both are successful video games, technically from the same genre and both are critically acclaimed by fans of that genre. Both boast superior graphics (When looked at amongst similar games of their era’s.) and scores.
Those games are Mass Effect and Final Fantasy 8.
And let me tell you, playing both at the same time is a pretty big eye opener for just how far the RPG genre has come."
