Russians haven’t been treated very well in recent Videogames, portrayed as one of the most cliched thugs, following Nazis, Aliens and terrorists. It is fair to say the Cold war didn’t give Russia a very good name. That’s not to say the Cold War didn’t bring anything to Russia itself, being under total treat of mass nuclear war, one of the fruits of the Communist party of the Soviet Union was it’s Metro system beneath Moscow, the worlds largest, most extensive network of subway tunnels and stations 60 metres beneath the surface specifically designed to shelter and protect the people from the almost inevitable nuclear holocaust.
