Downloading the MAG Beta is an Epic Fail

"Today marks the start of the MAG Beta on PS3 for Qore subscribers and those lucky enough to have snagged a download code. I fired up my PS3 today to get into the action early, as the Beta is only available from 1-4pm and 8-11pm ET. After putting in my code in the PlayStation Store, I downloaded the 299MB file and installed it. No big deal. Upon loading the game, I was prompted to download a 30MB patch to bring the Beta to v1.20. Again, no big deal. Once the game restarted, that’s when things went bad. The game is now sitting download 2661.35MB of updates. Yep, the initial 299MB download needs over 2.6 gigabytes of updates for me to even start playing."
